Key Responsibilities Design and create floral arrangements tailored to customer needs, special occasions, and seasonal themes Assist customers with selecting flowers, plants, and related products while offering care and gardening advice Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system, including cash handling and transaction processing Stock shelves, manage inventory, and merchandise products attractively Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing questions and ensuring a positive shopping experience Deliver Flowers Handle administrative duties such as sales tracking, basic retail math, and maintaining store cleanliness Required Skills & Qualifications Knowledge of floral design or basic horticulture principles is not required, but a plus. Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus) Experience in retail sales, cashiering, and POS systems Strong organizational and merchandising abilities Customer-focused mindset with a friendly, approachable attitude Basic math skills for sales and inventory; e-commerce experience is a plus
