Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs, ensuring a positive experience at the gas station. Operate fuel pumps and handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card processing. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gas station, including the convenience store area, restrooms, and outdoor spaces. Stock shelves with merchandise, ensuring products are displayed attractively and are easily accessible for customers. Conduct product demos to promote new items or special offers, enhancing customer engagement. Upsell products and services to customers, contributing to overall sales goals. Supervise other attendants during shifts, providing guidance and support as needed. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, addressing customer questions or concerns effectively. Requirements Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
