Paid training is provided to help you succeed from day one! Duties Prepare and serve a variety of frozen desserts and food items with precision and care, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions quickly and accurately Engage with customers in a friendly manner, upselling products to enhance their experience and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all food preparation and service areas, following food safety guidelines Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for change Assist with food handling procedures, including scooping, portioning, and serving in a fast-paced environment Support other team members by bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring the overall cleanliness of the café or retail space Qualification Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices within the food industry or grocery store setting Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS is a plus; training will be provided if needed Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining professionalism Basic math skills for cash handling, sales calculations, and inventory management Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and sanitation standards Join us as a Scooper and be part of a lively team dedicated to creating memorable moments for every guest!
