In this energetic role, you will handle transactions efficiently, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to a welcoming store environment. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help ensure smooth operations at the checkout counter, making each visit memorable for our valued shoppers. Schedule is set at Saturday-Tuesday 2:30-10:30pm. Please do not apply if weekends are an issue for you. This position has growth potential. Responsibilities Operate the tills (Point of Sale) system accurately. Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and assist finding products. Handle cash, credit card, and mobile payments with precision and confidence Maintain clean and organized checkout areas, restock supplies, and ensure merchandise displays are appealing Upsell products by recommending complementary items to boost sales and enhance customer satisfaction Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves to keep the store inviting and well-organized Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries via phone etiquette and in person, ensuring a positive shopping experience Skills No previous training necessary - on the training is available.
