Job Description

SUMMARY Responsible for handling guest check transactions in a prompt and courteous manner and in accordance with Grand Casino's service and cash handling standards. Responsible for the preparation of all foods during an assigned shift, in accordance with Grand Casino specifications and standards.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE POSITION
Responsible for preparing orders in a timely manner. Follow all recipes and production specifications. Knowledge and execution of menus. Assist in all areas of food production as needed. Responsible for receiving and processing payment from guests in a prompt and courteous manner. Responsible for adhering to established cash control policies and procedures of Grand Casino. Answer any guest questions and directs concerns to appropriate management. Address any guest complaints to resolve them quickly and courteously. Responsible for delivering excellent internal Guest Service in an upbeat, friendly manner. Encourages mutual respect, dignity and integrity with all Associates, by setting positive examples at all times. Participates as a team member with Grand Casino associates in producing a smoothly and efficiently run operation that meets the highest standards of guest service. Responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary area at all times in full accordance with state health regulations. Maintains stock of all necessary items. Follow all recipe and control procedures. EXPERIENCE
Previous Cash handling experience. Servsafe certification.
