Missouri , Butler Job Description This role is ideal for an organized accounting professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment and takes pride in accuracy, consistency, and supporting day-to-day financial operations. Key Responsibilities Daily transaction processing and account reconciliation General ledger maintenance and balancing Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing Posting journal entries and maintaining accurate financial records Assisting with month-end and year-end close processes Supporting Call Report preparation and documentation Assisting with internal and external audits Monitoring and resolving discrepancies in financial records Maintaining organized financial documentation and records Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred 1-5 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (banking experience preferred) Strong understanding of basic accounting principles Experience with general ledger systems and financial software High attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership Commitment to confidentiality and integrity Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary, commensurate with experience 401(k) with employer contribution or profit sharing Medical and vision insurance Dental, Life, and Long-Term Disability insurance Paid holidays and paid time off All qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to race, age, color, sex (including pregnancy), religion, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military status, genetic information, or any other status protected by applicable laws or regulations.
