Duties & Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and help determine their needs. Take customer food orders, enter order information into the point-of-sale terminal, and accurately process payments. Provide outstanding hospitality and service to all guests Maintain solid product knowledge to answer questions and make order suggestions. Process and relay customers' orders to the kitchen staff. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Place food orders in the appropriate bags and boxes. Respond to customer inquiries, issue receipts, and record customer suggestions. Routinely clean and arrange eating areas, service (restrooms), and kitchen spaces during downtimes. Receiving and confirming walk-in, telephonic, and online orders. Accepting and informing the relevant staff about food and beverage requests. Mixing, restocking, and pouring beverages, as needed. Transporting food orders from the kitchen to each pertinent table as needed. Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
