Job Summary The Route Process Administrator performs pre-settlement and/or cashiering duties in accordance with standard procedures. Job Responsibilities Performs the driver overage and shortage research and resolution (cash and product/load). Reviews and verifies end of day driver paperwork. Runs daily route status report to verify that all delivery routes are settled. Investigates and resolves settlement issues. Ensures proof of deliveries are included in driver paperwork (DSD, store stamps, etc.). Prepares driver paperwork for Imaging. Validates proper use of cash drop log and ensures security of route cash. Maintains cash reconciliation and driver deposit log. Receives and verifies full service bag count and full service handheld. May be responsible for counting the money. Troubleshoots handheld issues impacting settlement. Either prepares deposit for pick up by armored car service, or performs cashiering duties, including ensuring Fed-Ready status of deposit. Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED preferred. Minimum one year of work experience required. Prior experience in an automated office environment required. Experience in cash room environment preferred. Strong computer skills including SAP, Excel, and Word. Capable of collecting, verifying, and validating route cash deposits and accounting settlements.
