Accurately redeems guest's transactions. Redeems guest's slots payout tickets. Cash guest's personal checks, electronic checks, credit card advances. Payouts for guest's prizes verifying all appropriate identification. Pay/reimburse jackpots for Slots. Prepare bank for Food & Beverage staff any other team members transactions as deemed appropriate by Cage Management. Follows the company's Trop Core Values at all times. Knowledge of Title 31 Bank Secrecy Act for large cash transactions and recording/reporting requirements. Knowledge of MS Gaming regulations as well as internal controls, policies and procedures. Must be able to work with high-volume transactions and handling large sums of money and requires strict adherence to regulatory and internal security protocols. Maintain security and confidentiality of all funds and sensitive information. Must be able to operate from a secure enclosure. Performs any other duties assigned by management. Ability to push and pull up to 50 pounds Ability to lift and carry objects up to 30 pounds Ability to bend, stoop, twist, reach, and kneel repetitively Must be able to work from a standing position and/or walking motion for extended period Must maintain a professional appearances and demeanor Basic math skills and proficiency with a 10 -key calculator, basic computer skills required.
