Duties Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their breakfast experience Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS accurately for order processing and payments Handle cash, credit card transactions, and food handling with integrity and attention to detail Assist in food preparation tasks, including basic food assembly and maintaining cleanliness in the café area Upsell menu items to enhance sales and promote specials or new offerings effectively Maintain sanitation standards by cleaning workstations, bussing tables, and ensuring food safety compliance Manage time efficiently during busy breakfast hours to serve customers promptly and keep lines moving smoothly Qualifications Previous experience in food service, cashiering, or retail math is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and sales transactions Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience working in quick service or fast-food restaurants is advantageous Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their expertise in the food industry while delivering memorable experiences to our guests.
