We're hiring cheerful, motivated, and reliable team members to join our Candy Crew across several Life is Sweet locations in the Charlotte metro area ! If you love people, candy, and making every customer's day a little brighter—we want you on our team.
Store Hours:
12 PM - 7/8 PM Closed Mondays Base Pay ($11/hour) +
Tips:

Your Responsibilities:
Greet every guest with directions and a smile and make them feel welcome Help customers find their favorite treats (and discover new ones!) Keep the store sparkling clean and organized Run the register, handle payments, and follow cash procedures Restock inventory and prep for busy times Problem-solve with grace if issues come up Show up on time and ready to go ✅
What You'll Need:
Friendly and outgoing personality Great communication skills Strong attention to detail and personal hygiene Good judgment and a commitment to your shift We can't wait to hear from you and see how you can add a little sweetness to our team!
Pay:
$10.00 - $12.00 per hour
