Responsibilities Stock shelves accurately and efficiently, ensuring products are organized and appealing to customers Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process transactions quickly and correctly Assist customers with product inquiries, product demos, and locating items throughout the store Maintain clean and organized checkout areas, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when assisting via phone or in person Upsell related products and promote special offers to enhance customer shopping experience Support merchandising efforts by arranging displays and ensuring products are properly stocked Handle cash, credit card payments, and perform basic math calculations with precision during cashiering duties Skills Experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures Supervising experience or leadership skills are a plus for team support roles Ability to conduct product demos confidently and educate customers about features Bilingual communication skills to serve diverse customer needs effectively Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills and friendly phone etiquette Knowledge of retail math, merchandising, stocking, and grocery store operations Proven ability to upsell products and increase sales through proactive engagement Basic math skills for cash register accuracy and inventory management This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
