Job Function:

You are the first point of contact with customers which includes documenting of vehicle description, entering weights, obtaining appropriate signatures, answering phones and paying customers in a timely manner. Customer service skills are a must as the customer experience will begin and end with you. Please see below for more job info.

Essential Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent On time for days scheduled to work Physically capable of getting up from desk to walk up and down steps promptly Work within limited space Work extended hours at times Work various schedules including overtime, holidays, call outs, and weekends

Applicable Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Excellent phone and interpersonal skills; be able to communicate with customers, drivers, and co-workers in a courteous and professional manner (including communication via handheld radio) Maintain a high professional level of customer service Ensure customer information is correct and up to date Able to read, write and communicate clearly for documentation and customer relations File numerically and alphabetically Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook Perform basic math, reading, and accounting skills Function under deadlines, handling multiple tasks for multiple personnel Bilingual (preferred)

Pay:

$13.00•$15.00 per hour
