• Accurately take customer orders, answer questions about our menu, and process payments efficiently.
• Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system with speed and precision.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest has a positive experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized front counter area.
• Assist with light cleaning duties and stocking as needed. What we're looking for:
• Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
• A friendly, outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and efficient during busy periods.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
