Position Overview:

We are seeking 1 part-time Sales Associates for our location in Smithfield off Brightleaf BLVD, who is excited about customer service and has a keen interest in the CBD/Hemp market. If you're someone who enjoys connecting with people and is passionate about natural wellness, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers, answer their questions, and assist with transactions to drive sales. Perform opening and closing duties as needed. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, handling both cash and credit card transactions accurately.

Requirements:

Must be 21 years or older. Valid Driver's License or NC State ID. At least 2 years of customer service experience. At least 1 year of sales experience. Knowledge of the CBD industry is a plus, but not required. Must be able to pass a background check.

A friendly, inviting personality that helps create a positive customer experience. A genuine interest in helping others and learning about the Hemp industry. Availability to work Saturdays or Sundays (flexible scheduling available).

Work Schedule:

Part-time position: 10-20 hours per week.

Operating Hours:

Monday-Saturday, 10 am-8:15 pm Sunday 10am-7:15 (closed on major holidays).
