Duties Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process customer purchases and returns Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with precision and integrity Assist customers with product inquiries, product demos, and upselling opportunities to enhance their shopping experience Maintain clean and organized checkout areas, ensuring products are well-stocked and merchandised effectively Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and practicing courteous phone etiquette Support inventory management through stocking shelves and conducting regular stock checks Promote store promotions and special offers to maximize sales opportunities Requirements Prior experience with POS systems and cash handling is preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Demonstrated supervising or leadership experience in retail or grocery store environments is advantageous Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash transactions and retail math calculations Knowledge of grocery store operations including merchandising, stocking, and product demos is beneficial Professional phone etiquette and effective communication skills are essential for engaging with customers and team members Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced retail environment!
