Salary/Position Classification $20.00 hourly, Non-Exempt, non-benefited 8-15 hours per week depending on workload This position requires in-office presence . Hybrid/remote work is not supported Purpose of Position Part time, non-benefited position in UND Treasury. The position performs deposit and cash-handling transactions and provides customer service to UND departments. This position is a year-round position, including summer months. Duties & Responsibilities Must be able to work year-round, including summer months Perform deposit and cash-handling transactions accurately and efficiently while adhering to discrepancy procedures Adhere to detailed instructions necessary for processing/reconciliation of departmental deposits and imaging of documents Assist with related report and reconciliation tasks Follow established policies and procedures for compliance and security Address issues with deposits in a timely manner; work with treasury staff to identify and resolve issues Work effectively with other departments as necessary for customer inquiry/problem resolution Organize, prioritize and complete responsibilities in a timely manner with excellent attention to detail Other duties as assigned Required Competencies Self-starter, motivated and able to work independently Punctual and reliable attendance Maintain strong attention to detail and accuracy Flexibility in scheduling Adapt/respond in a positive and helpful way Demonstrate integrity and ethics in all business transactions Good problem-solving skills Demonstrated organizational skills Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent One-year related work experience or customer service experience Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the US and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
