Tobacco Depot and Hemp Plus are our sister-companies located directly next to each other at 107 8th Avenue West Suite #7, and #6 in Williston, North Dakota, 58801 (We also have locations in Watford City, North Dakota (Tobacco Depot) and Fairview and Sidney, Montana (Smoke2O), Big Fork and Bozeman, Montana (UURB) and are branching out further! Tobacco Depot is one of the first smoke shops presented here in Williston! We opened in February 2021 and are planning to stay for a long time to come! Here we provide tons of high quality, organized, popular array of all traditional smoke-shop items! Including, Cigarettes, Cigars, Nicotine Vapes, Rolling Papers, Rolling Accessories, Brand Apparel, Glass (waterpipes, handpipes), Grinders, Vape Mods, Vape Coils, Detoxes, Drug Tests, Snacks, Drinks, Candles, Sprays, and much more! To boost more recognition and exposure of your interest, come into either of our stores and fill out a physical application! :) Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience Assist customers with product selections, including live demos and detailed explanations of items such as smoking accessories and hemp products Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments Upsell and recommend products to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer needs are met Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure an attractive store environment Conduct inventory checks, stock replenishment, and manage product stocking efficiently Enforce store policies with professionalism, including phone etiquette and adherence to legal requirements for age-restricted products Experience Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in grocery stores or specialty shops like smoke or hemp stores Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math for cash handling and transaction accuracy Strong communication skills Knowledge of store merchandising, stocking procedures, and inventory management practices Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail This is the perfect opportunity for you!
