Crew Member/cashier

We are small locally owned BBQ restaurant in Downtown Lincoln Nebraska serving BBQ during the week and Late Night Breakfast & BBQ on the weekends. We are looking to hire part time crew members for

Day/Evening & Late Night Breakfast:

Part time Days. Monday-Saturday 8am-3pm. Duties include kitchen clean up and meat prep on Mondays. General prep ( Cut Veggies, portioning, make sides, finish wrapping meat from smoker, prep and season raw meat for the next day ) cashiering, customer service, serving food to customers, Expo, and clean up after shifts Tuesday-Saturday 20-30 hours per week Some Part time Evenings available as well Part time weekends Friday & Saturday Night 7pm

• 16 hours per week. Duties include prepping our late night breakfast menu from 7pm
• 11pm, serve late night breakfast from 11pm
• 3am and then clean up afterwards, usually out within an hour.

Willing to split breakfast shifts. 7pm-12am breakfast prep and 11:30pm-4am serve and clean up. Duties include cashiering, customer service, serving food to customers, Expo, food prep, and clean up after shifts, general prep work and clean up and prep on Mondays. No experience necessary. Will provide on the job training Flexible scheduling $15/hr plus tips Good Work ethic Speed and accuracy Work well with others Able to multitask Work as little as 4 hours a week to a maximum of 35 hours.
