Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with orders in a friendly, professional manner Manage customer transactions accurately using cash handling and cashiering skills Maintain cleanliness of the front counter area, including tidying up workspaces and restaurant areas Ensure all customer requests are addressed promptly to maintain satisfaction Skills Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and active listening abilities Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and transactions Capable of maintaining cleanliness and organization in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with team members and guests Bonus Skills Experience in cashiering or cash handling to ensure secure and correct payments Experience in front counter roles / customer facing positions Social media experience
