Cashier / Online Ordering Coordinator

Responsibilities Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges Manage online orders efficiently, ensuring timely preparation and delivery coordination Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, answering questions, and offering product recommendations Conduct product demos when needed to showcase features and benefits of merchandise Upsell products by identifying customer needs and suggesting additional items to enhance their purchase experience Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented Practice excellent phone etiquette when taking orders or assisting customers remotely Assist in inventory management through stock checks, replenishing items, and alerting management of low stock levels Qualifications Previous experience with POS systems and cashiering duties in a retail or grocery store setting Supervising experience is a plus, especially in overseeing team members or training new staff Strong communication skills in both verbal and written forms; bilingual abilities are highly valued Knowledge of retail math for cash handling, balancing registers, and calculating totals accurately Experience with upselling techniques and product demos to enhance sales opportunities Familiarity with merchandising, stocking procedures, and retail sales strategies Excellent phone etiquette skills for handling customer inquiries professionally Ability to perform basic math functions quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly attitude and problem-solving mindset Join us in creating an energetic shopping experience where customers feel valued and appreciated!
