Food Preparation Worker Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Food Preparation Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our kitchen operations, ensuring that food is prepared and presented to meet our quality standards. As a Food Preparation Worker, you will work in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the overall success of our culinary offerings.

Duties:

• Prepare ingredients for cooking according to recipes and portion standards
• Assist in cooking and assembling dishes as per menu requirements
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the food preparation areas
• Follow food safety protocols and guidelines at all times
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient food production
• Assist in receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies
• Uphold sanitation standards by cleaning work areas, equipment, and utensils
• Provide excellent customer service by accommodating special requests or dietary needs

Experience:

• Previous experience in a restaurant, grocery store, or food service environment is preferred
• Familiarity with clover POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus
• Knowledge of retail math for handling transactions accurately
