  • Westfield, NJ We're looking for a detail-oriented, high-energy team member to join our crew as an Expo/Cashier, with the opportunity to grow into carving meats and kitchen prep.
This is not an entry-level "stand around" job. You'll be the final set of eyes on every plate that leaves the kitchen, working directly with the pit and kitchen team during fast-paced lunch and dinner rushes.
What You'll Be Doing:
Managing the expo line and ensuring all orders are accurate and complete Communicating clearly with kitchen staff during busy service Handling cashier responsibilities (in-person + online order flow) Keeping the front line clean, stocked, and organized at all times Learning proper portioning, plating, and eventually meat carving & prep
What We're Looking For:
RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
(no exceptions) Strong attention to detail — mistakes cost time and product Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure Reliable and punctual — if you're late or call out often, this isn't for you Hustler mentality — you move with purpose, not when someone tells you to Team player with a positive, no-drama attitude Takes pride in their work and wants to get better Bonus if you: Have worked expo or a busy service line before Have interest in BBQ, carving, or kitchen skills Want to grow into a more skilled role over time
Schedule:
Thursday-Sunday (with potential for additional prep hours)
