PART-TIME POSITION

Can be scheduled within the following needs: Weekday Day shifts (our weekday hours are 10a-9p) Weekends (our weekend hours are from 10a-6p) Someone looking for about 30 hours a week Overview We are a small business providing quality and clean meals to our customers with exceptional service. We are seeking a passionate and customer service-oriented Front-End Team Member to join our team at our Woodbury Heights, NJ location. This role requires a strong understanding of retail sales, effective communication skills, and the ability to drive results through teamwork and leadership. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with customers regarding their orders (in-person, over the phone and online orders). Operate cash registers and process customer transactions accurately using POS systems for customized and detailed orders. Ensure food safety and clean practices are followed at all times. Perform cleaning responsibilities throughout the restaurant. Keep restaurant fully in-stock by replenishing supplies, drinks and other items. Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling practices are followed. Prep food items such as small bites, smoothies and shakes. Experience Previous experience with cash registers or POS systems is preferred. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
