Counter Person

Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and customer-oriented Counter Person to join our team. As a Counter Person, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and handling cash transactions. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and interact with customers on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
• Maintaining store cleanliness
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or complaints
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Strong cash handling skills
• Knowledge of Clover POS system is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
