Stocking/Cashier 769 Pulaski Rd, Greenlawn, NY 11740 From $18 an hour - Part-time From $18 an hour - Part-time Overview Join our dynamic retail team as a Stocking and Cashier Associate, where your energy and enthusiasm will help create a welcoming shopping environment for our customers. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining well-stocked shelves, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth checkout experiences. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our store operations, making each visit enjoyable and efficient for our shoppers. Duties Restock shelves Lifting heavy boxes (around 30 pounds) throughout the shift Load and unload boxes Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system Assist customers with product inquiries, and upselling opportunities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, stockroom, and checkout areas Handle cash, credit card transactions, and perform basic math calculations with precision during cashiering duties Requirements Previous experience in retail sales preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong English speaking skills Available holidays (Liquor stores busiest days are holidays) Available 2 out of 4 days from Friday - Monday any hours
