Duties Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges while maintaining efficient checkout lines. Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions, and offering product recommendations or upselling opportunities. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods with precision and integrity. Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely. Skills Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures to ensure accurate transactions. Ability to perform retail math confidently for pricing, discounts, and sales calculations. Excellent communication skills in both bilingual (if applicable) and English to serve diverse customer needs effectively. Experience in product demos, upselling techniques, and merchandising strategies to boost sales. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally Familiarity with phone etiquette for professional remote customer interactions.
