Cashier/Stocker

This position is essential in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Responsibilities Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately, handling cash and electronic payments. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and assisting with product inquiries. Stock shelves with merchandise, ensuring that products are displayed neatly and are easily accessible to customers. Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain stock levels and assist in restocking items as needed. Demonstrate product knowledge through effective product demos to enhance customer engagement. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area and stockroom. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or a similar role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions. Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems is an advantage. Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
