Facturacion/Cashier

Job Overview We are a flower wholesale seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Facturacion/Cashier to join our retail team. In this vital role, you will be the friendly face at the checkout counter, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions while providing exceptional customer service. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create a welcoming shopping environment, driving sales through upselling and product demos. Responsibilities Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently. Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and perform daily cash reconciliation with precision. Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions, and assisting with product information or demos. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, restocking supplies and merchandising products to enhance visual appeal. Use strong communication skills to engage with customers via phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing assistance remotely. Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to maximize sales and enhance customer satisfaction. Experience Previous cashiering experience in a retail environment is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Familiarity with Quickbooks systems and basic retail math is advantageous for accurate transactions. Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve a diverse customer base effectively, spanish/english. Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service expertise, are essential for success in this role.
