About the Role Roll Over is built on warmth. You'll help create an exceptional experience for every guest through a warm welcome, positive energy, and thoughtful guidance through our menu. We're looking for someone who enjoys connecting with people and takes pride in making others feel welcome. Requirements Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or cashier roles preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, positive, and welcoming attitude Ability to create a great experience for every guest Comfortable handling cash, POS systems, and transactions accurately Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment Strong attention to detail and reliability Team player with a willingness to support wherever needed Ability to stand for extended periods of time Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays While entirely optional, a willingness to occasionally appear in or support social media content is a plus Benefits Good Vibes Only
