Job Description

Requirements HS diploma required Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields desirable Strong communication skills and customer focus Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early morning, night and weekend shifts Ability to lift, push or pull over 45 lbs Key Activities/Responsibilities Use Namco's core values and principles to deliver a positive, friendly and pleasant experience while exceeding our customers' expectations Process sales transactions at the register and manage cash handling. Ensure proper resolution on all customer complaints and other opportunities Other Duties as assigned
