Cashier / Front of House Team Member Big Fellas is looking for a dependable, professional cashier to join our night team! If you work well in a fast-paced environment, have great customer service skills, and can handle busy rushes with a positive attitude, we'd love to meet you. No Sundays!!!

Position Details:

$11/hour + tips

Part-time:

10-20 hours per week

Responsibilities Include:

Greeting every guest within 10 seconds Ringing up customer orders accurately Answering phones and taking orders Handing out completed orders Cleaning and maintaining the front of house Stocking front counter and customer items Providing friendly, professional customer service during high-volume shifts

Qualifications:

Dependable and punctual Able to handle high-stress situations calmly Strong customer service and communication skills Attention to detail Basic math skills Comfortable using computer systems/POS systems Toast POS experience is a plus Waitress/server experience is a plus We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and helps create a great experience for every customer.
