Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Dry Cleaner Counter and Bagging Associate, where you'll be the friendly face customers see when dropping off or picking up their garments. Your energetic approach will ensure a smooth and efficient experience, handling customer interactions with enthusiasm and professionalism. You'll be responsible for accurately processing dry cleaning orders, managing cash transactions, and ensuring all items are properly bagged and organized. This role offers a lively environment where your attention to detail and customer service skills will shine, contributing to a positive experience for every guest. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with drop-off and pick-up of dry cleaning items Accurately process customer orders using basic math skills for pricing and billing Handle cash transactions with precision, including cashiering and cash handling duties Bag, organize, and label garments to ensure proper delivery and retrieval Maintain cleanliness of the counter area, ensuring a tidy and welcoming space Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about services and turnaround times Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during busy periods Experience Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is preferred but not required Familiarity with dry cleaning or laundry services is a plus Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail Experience with cashiering or point-of-sale systems is advantageous A proactive approach to cleaning, organization, and maintaining a welcoming environment
