Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit Accurately process cash, credit, and digital payments using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Handle food handling and cashiering duties with precision, ensuring correct order entry and transaction completion Assist with food preparation tasks when needed to support kitchen staff and maintain service flow Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to food safety protocols Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick service and minimize wait times Requirements Previous experience in food service, cashiering, or retail environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and performing retail math calculations Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities Ability to stand for extended periods, perform light food preparation, and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is advantageous but not mandatory Flexibility to work part-time hours including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Embark on a rewarding journey in the food industry where your energy makes a difference!
