Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Team Member - Service/Cashier and become the friendly face that delivers exceptional customer experiences! Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service throughout their visit Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments efficiently while ensuring proper cash handling procedures Assist with food preparation, food handling, and sanitation to maintain high safety standards Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance sales opportunities Support food service operations by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and maintaining cleanliness standards Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers promptly and efficiently Follow all food safety regulations and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Experience in food preparation, cashiering, or retail math enhances your ability to succeed in this role Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude are essential for creating memorable guest experiences Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing sales upselling opportunities Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques is beneficial Restaurant experience or background in the food industry will help you adapt quickly to our fast-paced environment Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering exceptional service!
