Job Description
Cashier East African Coffee HouseThe Cashier at East African Coffee House is the face of our guest experience, responsible for creating a welcoming and hospitable environment while ensuring smooth front of house operations. This role includes greeting customers, taking orders, handling payments, assisting guests with the menu, and helping share the story and culture behind our East African coffee and tea experience.
Cashiers also support daily shop operations by maintaining a clean and inviting lobby, wiping tables, restocking pastries and supplies, monitoring the caf environment, and assisting with light operational tasks during slower periods. Strong communication, attention to detail, teamwork, and a positive attitude are essential.
