Job Description

The opportunity Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring seasonal Canopy Tour Cashiers to join our Lake Erie Canopy Tours team in Geneva, Ohio. As a Canopy Tour Cashier you will be responsible for providing excellent guest service and managing all transactions accurately and efficiently. Manage booking inquiries and reservations via an online reservation and point-of-sale system Greet, check-in, and provide the relevant information to tour guests when they arrive at the welcome center Process sales with appropriate point-of-sale system, accepts payment, counts change, and bags merchandise Stock retail merchandise and prices and faces items on shelves More about you Previous experience using point-of-sale system required Basic math skills; ability to accurately handle money and count change Knowledge of reservation systems and Excel preferred Previous experience in retail or customer service environment preferred No high school diploma or GED required Physical requirements Ability to bend, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand and walk for an extended period of time Shift details Days Evenings Holidays M-F Evenings as needed
