Stocker / Cashier

Duties Stock shelves efficiently, ensuring products are properly displayed and easily accessible for customers Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process transactions quickly and securely Provide friendly assistance to customers, answering questions about products and store layout Conduct product demos when applicable to promote new or featured items Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and stockroom areas Upsell relevant products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and retail math calculations Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and bilingual abilities are a plus Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities are advantageous Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail calculations Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and product placement strategies Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced environment This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop their retail expertise while providing outstanding service.
