Front Desk Cashier

Job Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with entrance to the facility. This role requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and a passion for providing memorable experiences for children and families. Duties Welcome guests and ensure they have a positive experience from arrival to departure. Have extensive knowledge of company policy and packages Funagin's provide Provide exceptional guest services by addressing any questions or concerns promptly. Handle cash transactions accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk at all times. Assist with basic clean up tasks during end of day close up. Qualifications Previous experience in guest services or customer service is preferred. Experience working with children in a recreational or educational setting is highly desirable. Familiarity with food service operations is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests of all ages. Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately. A positive attitude, creativity, and a passion for creating memorable experiences are essential traits for success in this role.
