Responsibilities Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers; make correct change and issue receipts Answering phones and directing customers to the appropriate department; strive to minimize hold time Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to appropriate department for resolution Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with customers and fellow employees Assist managers with various clerical duties as needed Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus Available to work flexible hours including weekends and some holidays Ability to effectively communicate customer interests, needs and requests to management and other personnel Professional appearance Offers of employment are contingent upon successfully passing a background screening including a criminal background check, a review of motor vehicle records, and verification of social security number.
