Full Time Summary:
Responsible for cashing out patrons tickets, exchanging cash for cash, filling out forms (MTL), processing hand pays (with MOD approval), completing found ticket custody forms and Currency Test Forms, verifying all currency. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the MNGE Casino policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives.
Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate guest financial EG transactions and handle any paperwork that may be required in an efficient and timely manner including ensuring enough money is on hand to service all patrons. 2. Verify bank issued from vault, finalize and balance cash drawer transactions, beginning and ending with the same amount of monies. 3. Adheres to casino policies and procedures related to currency handling and ordering. 4. Fill out proper forms when necessary (MTL, hand pays, found ticket custody forms, currency test form, etc. ) 5. Knowledge of local jurisdiction and gaming laws (Federal and Tribal) as well as internal controls, policies and procedures. Brings guest disputes and unusual guest activities to the attention of the Supervisor. 6. Promotes positive guest relations through prompt, courteous, and efficient guest service. 7. Ensure work area is maintained in a clean and organized manner. 8. Additional duties as assigned.
