ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Ensure that parking tickets are accurately calculated, and the fee correctly collected by the customer. Communicate with customers in a friendly and inviting manner, answering questions about parking operation including but not limited to hours of operation and rates. Direct customers to open egress lanes to maintain speedy service and exits. Accurately complete daily cashier shift report. Coordinate with management on processing exception transactions. Inform management of safety and security issues in a timely manner. Snow removal in short durations in affected work area Train other employees Extra work duties including window cleaning, equipment wipe down, pick up trash/debris, direct traffic, and other duties as assigned. Other duties as assigned. •

REQUIRED SKILLS
: Must be friendly and courteous with customers Able to effectively communicate in English Work independently Capable of performing basic math calculations Ability to learn to operate fee computer systems and processes, follow directions, and accept training practice/ follow up Ability to work in a garage environment exposed to noise and crowds •
