Retail Cashier | Sallisaw, OK | Cherokee Nation Parks

Provide fast and friendly guest service, manages inventory, operates cash register, and maintains the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store. Services customers in a courteous and helpful manner. Ensures all shelves are thoroughly stocked and filled. Prices all merchandise. Cleans and maintains cleanliness of countertops and fronts of counters, windows, doors, and tops of shelves. Sweeps/vacuums all floors. Empties all garbage receptacles and replaces liners as necessary. Prepares food and washes dishes according to all sanitation policies and procedures. No supervisory or management authority. The duties of this position are primarily performed in indoor climate conditions and exposure to smoke. Position will require physical, visual and mental efforts due to nature of job. Performs other job-related duties as required. High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) including previous cash handling and customer service experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Able to maintain a professional status through interface with customers. Able to maintain a professional working relationship with management and co-workers.
