Our goal is to create a welcoming environment that keeps customers returning. Team members will also assist in maintaining a clean, organized store and ensuring a strong customer-first focus at all times. What You Will Be Doing Providing outstanding guest service by greeting and thanking every customer courteously Accurately and safely processing sales transactions Assisting in maintaining a clean, organized, and well-presented store environment Stocking and rotating merchandise as needed Filling vehicle fuel tanks and propane tanks when required Supporting food service operations, including preparing fast food items and making coffee Performing other duties as assigned What We Are Looking For High School Diploma or GED equivalent Must be 18 years of age or older Strong customer service skills with a commitment to a guest-focused culture Ability to accurately complete sales transactions Flexible availability, including nights, days, weekends, and holidays as needed Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to occasionally lift up to 60 pounds
