This site is busy and it is important that employees not only maintain station cleanliness, but also provide customers the service and experience they expect. You must have reliable transportation to and from work, be neat, clean, and trustworthy. Due to refilling propane tanks, we do require you to be at least 18 years old. Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Cashier/Fueler to join our team. As a Fueler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of fueling equipment and maintaining a safe environment for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Perform fueling operations for various vehicles and equipment
• Conduct routine maintenance checks on fueling equipment
• Monitor fuel levels and replenish as needed
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times
• Keep accurate records of fuel transactions
• Assist customers with fueling needs in a friendly and professional manner

Experience:

• Prior experience in fueling operations is preferred but not required
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Proficiency with cash registers and Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Ability to manage stock levels effectively
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
• Familiarity with retail math concepts for transactions and inventory management
• Knowledge of upselling techniques to promote additional products or services
• Experience in conducting product demonstrations is a plus
• Understanding of technical sales processes, especially in the context of fueling stations
