Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries in a professional manner Handle cash transactions accurately using cashiering systems and perform cash handling duties Manage customer orders, process payments, and issue receipts promptly Maintain cleanliness of the front counter area, including tidying up workspaces and ensuring a welcoming environment Assist with laundry and dry cleaning services, ensuring items are processed efficiently and correctly Provide support with basic math calculations for billing and pricing purposes Collaborate with team members to ensure all customer needs are met swiftly and effectively Skills Previous hotel or hospitality experience is highly desirable to understand guest expectations Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Knowledge of dry cleaning, laundry processes, and general cleaning practices Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and transactions Experience with cashiering systems and cash register operation Excellent communication skills to assist customers clearly and courteously Ability to stay organized in a busy environment while multitasking effectively This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow within the hospitality industry.
