Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Retail Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide friendly and efficient service while maintaining a clean and organized retail environment. This role is key in ensuring that every customer's experience reflects the warm and welcoming character of Mancini's Bakery. The schedule for this position is typically Wednesday through Sunday, and weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service at the point of purchase. Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently. Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment. Slice bread and package products per customer requests. Maintain stocked shelves and product displays in the retail area. Label baked goods and packaging as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous cashier or customer service experience required . Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliability and punctuality are essential. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform basic lifting. Must be at least 18 years of age.
