Duties Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process customer transactions swiftly and securely Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, assisting with product locations, and offering product demos when appropriate Handle cash, credit/debit card payments, and perform cash handling duties with precision and integrity Upsell products and promote store specials to enhance sales opportunities Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented Assist with inventory management through stocking, product rotation, and participating in stock counts Use effective phone etiquette when answering inquiries or providing support to customers over the phone Skills Proficiency with POS systems and cash handling procedures Previous supervising experience or leadership skills in a retail environment Ability to conduct product demos confidently to engage customers Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Knowledge of grocery store operations and retail sales techniques Basic math skills for cash register operations and transaction accuracy Experience with merchandising, stocking, and inventory management Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy retail setting Join us to be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service while developing your retail expertise.
