The Role This is not your typical cashier position. As a Front of House Associate, you'll be the face of Co-Dough—interacting with customers,keeping things moving efficiently, and helping create a welcoming, high-energy environment. It's fast-paced, detail-oriented, and requires someone who can think on their feet while maintaining a positive attitude. What You'll Do Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner Take and process orders accurately using our POS system Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked front-of-house area Communicate clearly with other team members to ensure smooth service Handle cash and card transactions responsibly Help manage flow during busy periods and keep lines moving Answer customer questions about products, ingredients, and availability Support overall shop operations as needed What We're Looking For A team-first mindset with a positive attitude Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stay composed and efficient in a fast-paced environment Attention to detail and accuracy with orders and transactions Willingness to learn and take feedback Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required Physical & Work Requirements Ability to stand and remain active for extended periods of time Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform repetitive tasks Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes high-pressure environment Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed Compensation & Growth Starting at $16 / hour Pooled tips distribution Free bakery items Additional Information Co-Dough is an equal opportunity employer.
