Job Description
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Gas Station assistant manager and attendants to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth operation of store. The positions involve a variety of tasks, including retail sales, cash handling, and maintenance of the facility. Payrates are based on previous experience. we also have incentives and always lookin to train and move folks up in their roles. we are looking for staff to join our team- casher

Duties:
- Manage cash transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling customer payments and making change as needed.
- Provide a welcoming and friendly environment for customers, answering questions and addressing concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized store, including the gas pumps, restrooms, and surrounding areas.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products, including grocery items, electronics, jewelry, and wireless devices.
- Process transactions quickly and accurately, ensuring that all sales are made in compliance with company policies.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including checking and cleaning the gas pumps, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working order.
- Monitor sales and inventory levels, making adjustments as necessary to optimize sales and reduce waste.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of retail math and the ability to accurately handle cash transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, including resolving customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Experience:
- Prior experience working in a retail or gas station environment is highly desirable and not necessary.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Experience with retail sales and cash handling is essential for this role.
Skills:
- Experience working in a convenience store or similar retail environment.
- Strong skills in retail math and the ability to accurately handle cash transactions.
- Proficiency in sales, particularly in areas such as fast food, retail gas station
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers in multiple languages.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
